PhosphatidylSerine is an integral phospholipid in the human brain, representing about 15% of the total phospholipid pool. It is involved in key brain functions and has been shown to affect several neurotransmitter pathways, including dopamine and serotonin.

We need sufficient levels of PhosphatidylSerine in nerve cell membranes so those cells can efficiently communicate across the nervous system.
